Job Description

Responsible for upselling and closing new and renewal contracts from assigned reseller accounts.  Ability to Balance Reseller relationships, drive closure, close deals
 
May be responsible for the sale of only HPE TS contracts or the entire HPE, HPInc, Aruba, Nimble, Simplivity and Micro Focus service contracts portfolio
 
Educate resellers and Reps.  Promote product offerings, special promotions and Vendor Programs resulting in a greater reseller awareness of available service products for their end user customers. 
 
Analyses data to add/sell additional services to current contracts
 
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
 
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and assigned customers, SYNNEX sales and back office teams, management and the vendor.
 
Provide forecasts to management and to the Vendor
 
Continuously promote, add/sell new services to service agreements.  Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
 
Identify volume, strategic customers and prospects. Increase the number of resellers that are currently offering HP Services to their customers.
 
Develops partnership
 
Ability to work multiple types and levels of accounts.
 
Work with/assist the Service Development Rep II with the closing of Renewal Contracts.

Job Requirements

• MUST have experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales environment within technology
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum one year of related sales experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and interpersonal skills 

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Preferred Previous experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and/or value added re-sellers (VARs)
• Preferred  experience in computer technology sales, retail sales, telesales or similar industry
