Required qualifications:
 
  •                 -Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet proficiency (preferably excel)

Preferred qualifications:
 
  •                 -Familiarity with PCI certification procedures and requirements
  •                 -Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification procedures and requirements
  •                 -Familiarity with SAE18 certification procedures and requirements
  •                 -Familiarity with Inventory management methodologies
  •                 -Familiarity with Database management
 
Routine Job responsibilities will include:
 
  •                 -The performance of quarterly site inventory audits on an ongoing basis which will involve physically scanning all serialized computers, phones, monitors, and portable assets in the entirety of a large call center environment.
  •                 -Reconciliation of those quarterly inventory audit scans against multiple asset inventory management databases to identify and address discrepancies.
  •                 -Accountability oversight of shipping and receiving processes to ensure that internal procedure is followed regarding dispensation of new assets as they enter and leave the sites area of responsibility.
  •                 -Accountability oversight of secure erasure processes to ensure that internal procedure is followed regarding dispensation of physical machines upon their sunset from ongoing client assignments to ensure protection and privacy responsibilities of internal customer data handling are met.
  •                 -Acting as secondary focal contact for external and internal audit activities as directed by a central core team and global compliance representative, as well as on-site interaction with IT department representatives acting as primary focal contact.
  •                 -Familiarization with all required industry standard certifications to support the needs of multiple clients with a diverse certification requirement portfolio and coordinating activities to ensure all compliance needs are met on various diverse time-tables.

  • Additional job responsibilities for the position:
  •  
  •                 -Assisting Deskside support representative in scanning and gathering serial numbers of monitors and phones for input into databases.
  •                 
  •                 -Verifying initial inventory accuracy for the site in combination with local IT to address gaps in asset tracking
  •  
  •                 -Creating and delivering new processes for inventory management for the site to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory while still aligning with global policies for inventory management.
