Job Description

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible to generateperformance reports and provide input and recommendation on reporting, andanalysis based on performance trends. 
• Required to follow the planned datacollection, including the types of data and time of data to be captured. 
•Implement reporting changes within thescope of assigned responsibilities for both internal and external clients.
• Delivery of all designated reportingactivities as detailed in Service Menu to agreed timelines and quality bothinternally and externally. 
• Automate reports to reduceinefficiencies by designing macros.

Job Requirements

Skills  Environment:
• Excellent knowledge of Avaya CMS, Excel,Powerpoint,Scripting and macros
• Excellent customer service skills
•Above average numerical and analyticalability. 
•Average communication skills. 
• Self-starter and independent. 
    
Communication/Negotiation:
• Coordinate functional areamanagers/Operations Managers/Service Delivery Managers, Clients to definereporting requirements and specifications to meet their business needs.
• Coordinate activities to ensure theexternal audit readiness of measurement data if required. 
• Coordinate activities to collect,analyze and report the information. 
    
ProblemSolving:
•Interpret instructions and issue arisingaccording to administrative policies and procedures and coordinate with otherdepartments as needed. 
•Recommends establishment of new ormodified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content andcompleteness of information.
    
Contribution/Leadership:
•Deliver the day-to –day activities thatsupport the measurement and reporting requirements of an account or businessunit and to ensure that the required measurement and reporting data isavailable to both the IBM and Client Management teams. 
• Responsible in training PRCOE new hiresin all reporting deliverables assisting PRCOE Assistant Manager in overseeingthe team. 
•Act as Backup of PRCOE Assistant managerin closing all reporting concerns and creates action plans as needed.
