Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition - (CNX00053845)


Concentrix Corporation is seeking a progressive Global Talent Acquisition professional to join the Global HR Leadership team reporting to the VP of Global Human Resources Service Delivery.
The Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for:

Designing, implementing, and continuously assessing strategic sourcing processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified candidates at the professional and leadership levels
Responsible for maintaining talent pipelines, effectively determining and implementing the Concentrix employment brand
Collaborating with pre-approved vendors, if required, to connect candidates with company opportunities and successfully leverage recruiting tools with a strong emphasis on social media
The successful hire will build effective working relationship with company leadership teams at all levels, including senior executive leaders, and business partners to assess hiring needs and build analytics as needed to support hiring practices

Essential Duties:

Strategically design, implement, and streamline hiring practices, processes, and tools to build hiring pipelines and onboard candidates into open company opportunities in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with the company’s talent philosophy, values, and culture.
Lead a team of regional recruiting leaders in integrating innovative and best practices to adequately develop and communicate the company brand and incorporate social recruiting strategies that may include expanding vendor/tool options and utilizing new methods to connect with potential candidates
Propose the design, execution, and maintenance of a best in class executive onboarding program
Build out data and analytics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of talent acquisition programs, including metrics on source of hire, time to hire/time to fill, measurement of candidate experience, quality of hiring and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent as well as branding
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure the acquisition and implementation of appropriate programs and products fully support the talent management strategy and initiatives
Develop departmental team members to be successful in recruiting across a wide spectrum of roles to include professional staff recruiting and executive recruiting.
Oversee fiscal planning and budgeting within global talent acquisition as part of the global human resources organization
This position may be based in Tempe, AZ, Rochester, NY, Greenville, SC or Farmington Hills, MI


10+ years of talent acquisition in a corporate environment within a multi-site global company, of which 5 years minimum are in a progressive leadership path.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required with focus on human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field is required
The ability and skills to personally lead senior executive candidate searches in various sites throughout the world, if needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have had in-depth experience with ATS and hiring tools, with a strong preference for Workday.
Familiarity with labor laws, equal opportunity hiring processes and diversity inclusion on a global basis is strongly preferred
Extensive Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience is strongly preferred
