As a part of the Customer Care Team you represent one of our leading automotive clients, General Motors of Canada Company. The Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties. Responsibilities include:

• Answering general customer inquiries,

• Obtaining customer information and data,

• Inputting and maintaining consumer data and file information.

• Serving as a liaison between our customers and the client while partnering with dealerships and other departments to resolve product and service issues 


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate compassion while building rapport with customers

• Maintain current knowledge of client’s products and services

• Participate in activities designed to improve customer happiness and business success

• Contact internal departments to clarify and gather information to respond to customer inquiries
• Contact external parties to assist in providing information and gain clarification
• Review individual customer cases providing mediation on behalf of client; Determine customer needs through effective questioning and research
• Make final decision regarding expense of promotional dollars on behalf of the client


Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Basic computer proficiency (including knowledge of Windows-based applications) and able to multi-task
• 1 year of Customer Service experience (e.g. retail, restaurant and or call centre experience)

• Dedication to succeed

• Strong empathy skills and the ability to speak to people of all demographics
• Excellent communications and analytical skills required

• Good writing and typing skills.
• The ideal candidate will be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM – 11 PM, Mondays through Saturdays and conscientious and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed
