Job Details:

Responsible for delivering client specific new hire and/or developmental training at the agent level. As subject matter expert, will be called upon as needed to assist the training department (when full time training resources are fully utilized on other training assignments). Also responsible to support Administrative and other Training Requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for using the corporate defined training process, procedures and tools (analysis, design, delivery, assessment and validation) in meeting the day-to-day training requirements of their program
Contributes to the local training processes, procedures and tools through suggested additions, deletions or changes
Provides training solutions for agent level
Performs needs analysis for the purpose of identifying specific training requirements
Assists with the design of new curriculum and performs updates to existing curriculum as required
Delivers training and is responsible for monitoring, coaching, and evaluating participant progress
Escalates performance management issues during training to Site Training Department, Site HR, and Operations as required.
Responsible for scheduling, facility preparation, reporting etc. associated with training delivery
Performs program assessment for the purposes of assessing the success of participants and program
May be required to conduct some research on program data and information
Where applicable, coaches Agents during Nesting including: Facilitates pre-shift meetings, supervises agents during scheduled shifts, completes and hands off performance documentation to receiving Sales/Team Leader
Other training duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

 Education/Knowledge: High School Graduation or equivalent experience.

Experience / Skill: Must be an active contact handler/subject matter expert in the program for which they are going to deliver new agent training. Experience in Training and/or Education preferred.

Fluent in French written and verbal communication.

Organization and Planning - Anticipates needs, determines priorities and establishes the appropriate courses of action, set goals. Monitors performance towards goals and makes adjustments, as necessary, to facilitate goal attainment. Able to organize/schedule people or tasks, develops actions plans while being sensitive to time constraints and resources availability
