Cadillac CCT Representative - Cadillac Technology Specialist

You are a candidate for the position of Cadillac Technology Specialist (Cadillac CCT Representative) with Concentrix; a leader in the Business Process and Outsourcing industry. As a Cadillac Technology Specialist, you will listen then analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Cadillac premium customers such as WI-FI service calls, internet or data installation and connection issues as well as more advanced infotainment support directly with the vehicle. Specifically:

  • Handle connection issues as well as more advanced vehicle infotainment support
  • Listen then analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for WI-FI service calls, internet or data installation
  • Configure and troubleshoot client's equipment remotely, or simply educate customer’s in the use of their vehicle’s electronics
  • Provide inbound support and light sales only, this position requires no outbound telemarketing or cold calling. Promote offers to encourage customers to upgrade or add additional services
  • Use multiple databases to record of the results of your interactions.

You may need to assist at a higher level in instruction and guiding customers along a trouble resolution path. Our Inbound Cadillac Connections Center is located in Warren.

Profile Required

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about Cadillac vehicles and products, including knowledge about the automotive industry and the luxury market.
  • Passionate about helping people. Projects an attitude caring and professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on soft skills, customer-focused proactive resolution, and de-escalation tactics.
  • Advanced problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills, including the ability to quickly understand and analyze new information and situations.
  • 1 year of technical support experience, at best, practical help desk or customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Adept at demonstrating empathy in customer interactions and tenacity in resolving customer requests
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who excels at working independently within a diverse team environment.
  • Experience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.) desired.
  • Internet savvy with social media awareness.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Retail and/or Sales preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple computer platforms, browsers and operating systems required.
  • Must be available to work ANY 8-hour shift between the hours of 7 AM – 10 PM

Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed
Attend every day of the 6 weeks training

Profile Preferred

  • College degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in communications or marketing. Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience.
