Job Description

What will you do?

You will provide B2B customer support to Cisco’s employees and Business partners. You will be mainly responsible for managing the relationships with partners and Cisco Internal teams by conducting data analysis and investigating on reported queries.
 
•    Support Business partners and Sales teams regarding orders, investigating and correcting data and metrics
•    Communicate and collaborate closely with Cisco Sales and Program teams
•    Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction
•    Communicate via emails and IMs and deal with them promptly and efficiently
•    Assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries.
•    Positively manage internal relationships.
•    Develop strong overview and drive process, tool and business flow improvements

•    University degree
•    Experience in working with customers
•    Fluency in English language, both written and verbal
•    Computer literacy and advanced Excel knowledge
•    Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills and customer orientation
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to work with targets and deadlines
•    Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking  
•    Ability to prioritize work and work effectively on multiple tasks
