Title: Customer Service Representative

Career Description/Summary: If you like working in close-knit teams, can handle a fast-paced, fun environment and you're eager to help people, we want to talk to you! We are currently looking for bold, tenacious and out-going people to join out Automotive leading client. This customer service position provides first point of contact with current and potential consumers to meet and satisfy general information needs. The Agent has the following areas of responsibility: answers general consumer inquiries, obtain consumer information and data, inputs consumer data and file information, analyze consumer situations, determine need for escalation and assist in resolving consumer concerns.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED, some secondary level education preferred
  • Experience in customer service: ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner to both external and internal customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Team player and wiliness to learn

What we offer:

  • $14.25/hr to start.  $14.75/hr after one year.
  • Monday to Saturday 40 hours a week. (SUNDAYS OFF!!!)
