Career Description/Summary:

This position is for our GM Customer Assistant Center Representative for our Inbound GM Customer Center located in Warren, MI. As an advisor you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from dealers or customers regarding questions about their warranty, recalls, and acting as a liaison between the dealership and consumer. They may also need help with locating a dealership in their area. We are looking for someone who has excellent time management skills, can work quickly on their feet, show empathy and has prioritizing skills. We are looking for someone who has case management skills up to one year and can carry the professionalism to represent the GM brand. If you have what it takes to handle caseloads and assist customers please apply I have included below additional information on the positions.  If you have any questions please let me know. Paid Training (Training is between 5-8 weeks)

Customer Service based positions, all inbound phone calls (No Telemarketing)

We require Flexible scheduling from you between the hours of 8 am-6 pm Monday- Friday, The schedules can change as often as each week.

We are looking for Candidates: 

Case Management skills (Working the Case from beginning to end.)
Following up with the Customer and GM Field Reps
Managing an average of 30-40 Cases
Great Critical thinking and problem-solving experience
Providing Great Customer Service Skills
Representing the GM Brands in a professional manner
