Job Description

Data Privacy Specialist/Analyst
 
JOB PURPOSE
The key purpose of the role is to drive and support the Data Privacy, Data Protection and Data Governance specific initiatives of Concentrix, ensuring to achieve the right level of Compliance with internal policies and data related laws and regulations in the region(s) assigned. To provide expert advice and guidance in consultation with the Data Privacy Leader to the various business accounts and support functions on the Data Privacy and Protection and client imperatives.

ACCOUNTABILITY (GLOBAL)
•         Driving  the  Data Protection and Privacy Program specific project or activity assigned across CNX Geos duly ensuring relevant
•         Driving  the  specific assigned across CNX Geos duly ensuring relevant developments, new laws, regulations are understood and reported
•         Accountable for the risks and closure of actions identified through various channels / activities
•         Monitor controls and regulatory compliance to required standards.
ACCOUNTABILITY (REGIONAL)
•         Driving region level initiatives on Data Privacy, Data Protection and Data Governance initiatives for the assigned region(s)
•         Sharing expert advice and guidance in consultation with the Global Data Privacy Leader to the businesses and support functional operations in the said region
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY
•         Ensuring maintenance of the Concentrix Data Privacy and protection program (Policies and associated guidelines, corporate instructions, processes, etc.) in line with regulatory environment in the assigned region
•         Providing subject matter expert assistance and support to business and support on data protection matters in consultation with the Concentrix Privacy Leader
•         Monitor relevant developments, new laws, regulations, guidance, and support the DPPO with communications on the subject
•         Participate as required and directed by the management as a representative in internal meetings, client meetings, and industry events at the region level
•         Deliver training and awareness initiatives across Concentrix on Data Privacy and associated programs
•         Represent the DPPO in reviews and audits as requested by the management and monitor  internal and external audit recommendations as they apply to the said region
•         Ensure all Data Incidents including frauds are reported to Concentrix Insider threat team (Incident & Fraud Management Team) promptly and accurately and provide on ground support for and on behalf of DPPO
•         Internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the privacy controls for the information and technology systems.
•         Report the health card to Country / region leadership team
 
 
 
 
 
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
4- 6 years of experience in a risk management and compliance function
 
 
 
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
