Our Inbound Customer Service and Sales Consultants provide high quality customer service support to our clients across New Zealand and Australia using a range of communication methods, primarily over the phone. Our business operates 5am-Midnight/ 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Shifts and weekly hours will vary subject to business requirements.
Formal training sessions are compulsory and 100% commitment is required. Training schedule will be discussed with the candidates who will be shortlisted for the role. 
Upon successful completion of the training, the hours will be assigned on rostered bases and may vary, depending on the business requirements.
