Job Description

Concentrix is seeking highly motivated customer service representatives with excellent communication skills .

Job Duties

  • High quality customer interactions and experiences
  • Use superb computer skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Document customer interactions and properly escalate issues that do not have a known resolution
  • Represent the company and spirit by demonstrating empathy for the customer, empowering and partnering with the customer
  • Interact with customer, clients, and agents, as well as other teams and representatives regarding external client’s services and products
  • Deliver information in answer to general inquiries and assist in the resolution of customer concerns
  • Assist in processing new business and Policy Owner service request, and other duties as required

Job Requirements

What we're looking for:
  • Positive/ Can-do attitudes only
  • College degree preferred (but not required)
  • Past experience in providing support in a call center environment
  • Critical thinking, problem solving
  • Persistence and determination
