Excellent computer skills including Multi-tasking abilities.  Represent the company and our clients well with empathy, partnership and empowerment.  Deliver information to general inquiries and assist in the resolution of customer concerns.  Assist in processing New Business and/or Policyowner service request as needed. 
College degree preferred however not required. High school diploma required.
