Job Description

A Quality Team Leader will be responsible for the Qualityactivities of the site.
Key Accountabilities:
•        Point of contact for Quality activities atthe site
•        Build a sustainable Quality program thatadheres to the client’s and COPC Standard Quality Guidelines. 
•        Ensure Transaction Monitoring Calibration
•        Provide feedback to QAs regardingtransaction evaluated using Quality Form
•        Understands the factors related to gaps inquality processes and suggest improvements and/or action plans as needed 
•        Conduct employee one on one’s and yearlyfocal reviews
•        Manage Quality performance
•        Responsible for the overall development ofthe team
•        Provide formal and informal performancefeedback, both team based and one-to-one take corrective action if required.
•        Promote positive employee behavior byleading by example.

Job Requirements

•        Minimum, university education
•        At least one year ofexperience in similar positions
•        Management ofMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PP)
•        Advanced Excel level
