We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to providing a professional service to all Concentrix clients, to work in partnership with our Recruitment Specialists to provide resource solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.
 
This role requires you to work in an extremely fast paced environment where you are able to take ownership and think on your feet!   The right person will be passionate about a career in recruitment, working within an established in-house recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Identifying new talent and business opportunities
  • Sourcing candidates through existing and new avenues of advertising
  • Managing high volume applications, pre-screening and assessments within SLA’s
  • Managing all applications and prioritising depending on business needs
  • Building a database of suitably skilled & qualified individuals across various languages
  • Involvement in other recruitment projects / tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process
  • Proactive involvement with the recruitment team
  • Accurately recording candidate information on the company database
  • Complying with current employment legislation and codes of practice
  • Presenting a professional, friendly and caring image at all times
  • Showing flexibility and patience to deal with a variety of situations
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Assisting with the relocation process of staff as necessary
  • Meeting and greeting at reception
  • Attendance at relevant job events
 
Essential Criteria:
 
•         A minimum 6 months’ experience in working with a high-volume recruitment team, either in-house or agency OR 12 months’ experience working within an outbound sales team.

•         Fluency in written and spoken English and German
•         Demonstrating a highly creative and innovative approach to recruitment
•         Self-motivated and ability to identify new opportunities
•         Previous experience in a customer facing service driven environment with an excellent telephone manner
•         Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice recruitment and selection
•         Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
•         Experience in Microsoft Office and Internet usage
•         Strong communication and influential skills
 
Desirable Criteria:
 
•         Experience of dealing with clients on a daily basis
•         Previous sales experience
•         Interest in technology
 
Hours of Work:
 
Based on 40 hours per week, the schedule will cover 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required outside of these hours to accommodate the centres Operational hours and demand.
