Do you have a flare for instructional design and making your mark on our training curriculum? If so, we have an opening for exceptional, innovative and disciplined Training Specialist to join our training department.


You will instruct a group 10-25 onboarded training candidates monthly and be responsible for their development and successful training completion. Classes can be day and evening depending on the business need. Training curriculums range from 6 days to 30 days with an incubation (soft production launch) time period of not more than 20 days. Targets graduations are supplied to each Trainer.

Qualifications:


  • At least 6 months GM experience
  • Strong knowledge of the customer care process, tools and techniques
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a class while exhibiting confidence and demonstrating control through a positive attitude
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent skills with contact center tools: Siebel, GAA, GM Answers, SharePoint, and MSOffice Suite or working knowledge to the same
  • Previous knowledge of processes for the line of business that needs training preferred
  • 1 to 3 years training or call center quality experience or related experience preferred

Teamwork - The ability to work effectively with others to generate a positive, productive and informed work environment.  Is united in the collective purpose
